I Hope, next #Minitab release will have more attractive features to compete with the market demand in the field of data analytics to stay ahead in the race. When you first start Minitab, you will be shown two main windows: the Session window and the Worksheet window. Universities, institutes should start using Minitab as part of their curriculum, rather than spending more time on coding which is time consuming. So, my point is, Minitab has all those powerful computational power to make you a great Data scientist. You can also run a Python script in Minitab just in one click

If you want to explore the Machine learning ability, try using SPM ( Salford Predictive Modeler) which is machine learning and predictive analytics software which can be integrated with Minitab. In Minitab-19 release, we can perform all complex analysis like cluster analysis, CART in just 2 to 3 mins
Most hyped analysis like supervised learning, unsupervised learning are from day 1 in Minitab, but we never leveraged on those tools in the past You don’t need to write lengthy codes to perform basic statistical analysis like correlation, regression, Anova, Box plot, interval plot etc etc I believe strongly, for our industries like telecom, healthcare, travel, logistics, service industries and of-course for manufacturing, we have enough rows and columns to perform statistical analysis and take data driven business decisions. Don’t you think this is enough data points to do any kind of complex statistical modelling, unless we are dealing with some complex Space data. Let me talk about couple of basic, yet powerful features of #Minitab20, which couldn’t get promoted by #Minitab itself in data analytics world. But somewhere, we are again going with the trend of digital evolution and ignoring the computational power of Minitab-20 which is the most easiest statistical analysis software in today's time. In last few years, python became very popular among data-scientist enthusiasts and data analytics. Between Minitab 15 to Minitab 17 release, it didn’t come up with any major updates.
